Integrated in the production line for a continuous process, the conveyor oven is customized designed for the RDC parts production.
The speed of the chain is around 12m/min, wth function of preheating and cooling. the preheating zone is around 10meters, to heat parts to 80℃ (electric resistants heating, hot air convection in the tunnel)
As the heating time is around 8min, with speed 12m/min, it is too fast. So the two channel become a good solution. With PLC controll, the pallet step-into the oven to meet the heating time while catch up the C/T.
