A UV curing oven is an industrial system that uses intense ultraviolet (UV) light to instantly cure or “dry” coatings, inks, adhesives, and resins. Unlike traditional thermal ovens that rely on heat evaporation, UV curing is a photochemical process. When UV light hits a specially formulated photoinitiator-rich material, it triggers a rapid polymerization reaction, transforming the liquid into a solid, cross-linked network in seconds.
